Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs (e-trac compatible)
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, HOS requirements, and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate vehicle maintenance promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation systems
- Strong attention to safety and compliance with transportation regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment as needed
- Excellent time management and communication skills
