Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles over regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure cargo documentation and loading/unloading procedures
- Participate in quarterly safety performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience or equivalent training
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Southwest regional geography
- Flexible to work weekends and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
