Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van and flatbed) to transport freight within Denver metro and regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Document delivery receipts and resolve any shipment discrepancies
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with Denver traffic patterns and mountain routes
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
