Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van or refrigerated) across regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Accurately document delivery logs, mileage, and cargo manifests
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with company policies
- Support team goals through efficient route planning and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for minor repairs
- Excellent time management and route navigation abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
