Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes (200-300 miles daily)
- Ensure timely delivery of freight across Michigan and Ohio
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch via ELD system for route updates
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Michigan or reciprocal state)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Michigan/Ohio highway systems
- Basic smartphone proficiency for ELD apps
