Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and securely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Complete all necessary DOT logs and paperwork (DVIR, Bills of Lading) accurately and on time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle during and after each trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
