Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Michigan and the Midwest
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Deliver freight to designated locations on schedule and in perfect condition
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Maintain clean driving record and complete required training modules
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and delivery documentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Willingness to travel overnight (1-3 nights per week)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- No CDL required – we provide paid training program
- Must be 21+ years old
