Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Navigate routes using GPS and map systems while adhering to traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery details.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
