Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) in compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules to meet strict deadlines
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and required documentation
- Uphold exceptional safety standards and represent our brand professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Atlanta metro routes and Southeastern geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for ELD systems
- Team player with exceptional communication skills
