Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in all weather conditions.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo is secured properly and efficiently.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks.
