Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload cargo using forklifts or pallet jacks when required
- Adhere strictly to delivery schedules and traffic regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
- Participate in quarterly safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Philadelphia metro area routes
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Basic computer skills for e-logging systems
