Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes with < 3 nights away
- Pre-trip inspections and meticulous vehicle maintenance documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route planning and delivery
- Complete electronic logs (ELD) and paperwork with precision
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to undergo company-sponsored training (if needed)
