Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on regional and long-haul routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and changes.
- Maintain a clean and professional driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience (Class A preferred).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
