Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery trucks and vans on assigned daily routes.
- Deliver and unload merchandise to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area at all times.
- Handle paperwork accurately, including delivery logs and vehicle reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve any delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial driving preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of San Diego geography and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Current DOT medical card.
