Responsibilities
- Operate Class A or B commercial trucks safely and efficiently over designated weekend routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance and safety.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor as needed.
- Verify cargo accuracy and secure loads properly for transit.
- Manage all delivery documentation, including bills of lading and logbooks.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery sites.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) on file.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- U.S. Citizenship or valid legal work authorization.
