Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on overnight routes delivering freight across the Southwest
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Adhere to HOS regulations and DOT compliance standards
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Document incidents and maintain vehicle maintenance records
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with CA/FL routes
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assistance
- Excellent time management and communication skills
