Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) over-the-road and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro area and Colorado mountain routes
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for electronic logging and documentation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
