Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to regional destinations on strict timelines
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Maintain electronic logs and delivery records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with appropriate equipment
- Communicate shipment status to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
- Strong navigation skills with GPS technology
