Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 trucks to deliver freight on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and pre/post-trip inspection reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Handle hazardous materials shipments with DOT compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Operate loading/unloading equipment when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional driving experience
- DOT medical certification current
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
