Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) for regional and long-haul routes
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and required documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Deliver freight to destinations across Kansas and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of regional roadways and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
