Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (dry van, reefers) for regional routes within Florida
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain DOT compliance
- Safely load/unload freight using modern equipment and no-touch protocols
- Complete accurate paperwork and electronic logging (ELD)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Florida roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overtime
