Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight on time while prioritizing safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Utilize GPS routing for efficient delivery scheduling
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Ohio/Midwest road networks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with reefers or flatbeds preferred
- Must pass company background check
