Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Optimize route efficiency for on-time deliveries
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle defects promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- 1+ year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Tennessee roadways preferred
