Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated destinations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Report mechanical issues, accidents, and road hazards immediately to management.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license with the proper endorsements.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) on file.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required; no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform minor vehicle checks.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
