Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across Pennsylvania and neighboring states
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logbooks and vehicle inspection reports
- Load/unload cargo efficiently using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pick-up operations
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Ensure cargo security and proper documentation for all shipments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
