Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery
- Manage daily route planning and on-time delivery performance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and client communication
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Optimize fuel efficiency and route profitability
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Basic mechanical knowledge for on-road repairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable smartphone with GPS navigation
