Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Cincinnati metro area.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of all deliveries, handling items with care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of routes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance for both the vehicle and personal conduct.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Resolve delivery issues on-site and communicate delays to dispatch immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (CDL not required, but a clean driving record is mandatory).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Proficiency with handheld delivery devices and basic navigation software.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
