Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) for regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and comply with DOT regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment (pallet jack, forklift)
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Milwaukee metro area and Wisconsin highways
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work varied shifts
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement rules
