Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure compliance with DOT standards
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
