Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage delivery schedules and route optimization
- Handle freight documentation and billing paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Jacksonville metro routes preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Willingness to undergo background check
