Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently using proper handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the crew and cargo.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Current DOT medical card and physical.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
