Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for long-haul and regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while prioritizing safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Handle secure cargo and verify delivery receipts
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
