Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) across assigned routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Manage delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Operate specialized freight (refrigerated, flatbed, or dry van)
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided)
- Familiarity with ELD systems and route planning software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and time management skills
