Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans on interstate and local highways.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT standards.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging and delivery records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT medical card.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle freight.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
