Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance reports
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage timely delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service
- Use GPS technology for efficient route planning and delivery tracking
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Bay Area traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and weight distribution
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Must pass background check and provide work history verification
