Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) across Colorado Springs and surrounding regions
- Maintain strict compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Document all transportation activities accurately in electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Colorado roadways and mountain driving protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times and occasional weekend work
