Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across the Southwest
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Report maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Nevada traffic laws and route planning
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic mechanical aptitude for vehicle inspections
- Must be 21+ years old with TWIC card or willingness to obtain
