Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight across Colorado and surrounding states
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment following safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse personnel
- Complete delivery documentation and electronic logging system entries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and route knowledge of mountainous terrain
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
