Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) across regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Deliver freight punctually while adhering to HOS regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and load management
- Ensure cargo security and proper documentation for all shipments
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks
- Uphold strict safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
- Familiarity with hazmat/dry van tanker operations preferred
- Strong navigation skills and regional route knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
