Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries within Sacramento Valley
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Operate in all weather conditions and traffic scenarios
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California highway regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for overnight routes (2-3 nights/week)
- Previous experience with refrigerated trailers preferred
