Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on regional routes throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states
- Complete pre-trip inspections, documentation, and post-trip vehicle maintenance reports
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage loading/unloading operations with dock staff
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation and delivery tracking
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania roadways and traffic regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
