Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and reefers) in the Greater Los Angeles area
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of LA metro area and surrounding routes
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts and weekend shifts
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided)
