Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for regional and long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Accurately complete pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging
- Manage freight loading/unloading with proper documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and Southeast routes
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
- hazmat endorsement preferred
