Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for weekend regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and accurate delivery documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and on-time performance metrics
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage loading/unloading operations with warehouse teams
- Operate in compliance with FMCSA hours-of-service rules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional time management and reliability
