Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs (eDOT compliance)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist in training new drivers as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Tank endorsement preferred (Hazmat training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun shifts)
