Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods throughout the Seattle metro area and Pacific Northwest
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation while adhering to DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Ensure proper loading/unloading procedures and cargo security
- Adapt to changing schedules and delivery priorities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Washington State traffic laws and mountain driving conditions
- Strong navigation skills and route planning abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting common vehicle issues
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holiday shifts
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
