Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections accurately.
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and delivery paperwork.
- Ensure cargo is secured and protected from damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or serious moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service attitude.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
