Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local weekend routes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Oakland Bay Area geography
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
