Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with precision and care
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Support weekend delivery surge operations across Bay Area
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Oakland/Bay Area geography
- Flexibility for early weekend morning shifts (4 AM start)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Experience with refrigerated trailers a plus
