Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious drivers to handle local and regional deliveries. This position focuses on weekend shifts, offering a great work-life balance during the week.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and digital driver's vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be physically fit to lift heavy loads and work in varying weather conditions.
- Experience with flatbed or dry van preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math and reading skills for paperwork.
